人类正大步跨入充满竞争与合作的21世纪，崭新的世纪对儿童的智能化发展提出了更高的要求。而幼儿语言的发展将对幼儿思维能力的发展产生重大影响，幼儿期是幼儿语言发展的最佳期，合理有效地把握好这一最佳时期，会对幼儿一生的素质发展奠定基础。每天清晨，在我们耳边，都能听到清脆的童音“Good morning！”而孩子在课间活动，最喜欢是模仿老师的英语游戏。针对孩子们的喜爱与兴趣，我们本学期的志趣班就选择了孩子最喜欢的“快乐英语”。
一、让兴趣成为开启幼儿英语教育的大门
首先，在教育目标的制订上，我们立足幼儿期幼儿的特点，将目标制订得浅显易接受，我们的英语教育注重口语培养，以听说为主，不搞认读，坚持听说整合，先听后说，以听促说，自然习得的原则，培养幼儿学习的兴趣和对语言的敏感性，培养幼儿初步使用两种语言进行交际的能力，培养幼儿良好的学习习惯和各种基础技能。
其次，在教育内容的选择上，我们力求符合幼儿的身心特点，注重选择幼儿亲身经历和日常生活中感兴趣、能理解、易吸收的内容，且生动有趣，富有童趣，又贴近幼儿生活与情感喜好，其难度既符合各年龄幼儿的发展特点，又略高于幼儿的年龄水平，使幼儿既不至于感到太难，又感到有一定的挑战性。
第三，在教学方法上，我们以游戏为主，各种教学方法灵活交替使用，以此吸引幼儿，抓住幼儿，从而有效的调动幼儿学习的兴趣。我们经常借助实物、直观教具和模型玩具等幼儿喜爱的`事物，让幼儿在玩乐中学习英语，提高了学习英语的兴趣。如：在教幼儿学水果类单词时，我们准备了各种水果或水果玩具，以水果店游戏的形式让幼儿在玩游戏的过程中学习相应的单词，幼儿很感兴趣。
第四，在教学手段上，我们充分利用录音、录像多媒体等直观的现代化教育手段来激发和帮助幼儿学习英语。如：在教幼儿学习各种动物类的单词时，我们通过播放录像多媒体软件等形式演示给幼儿看，让幼儿觉得学习英语非常有趣。此外，我们还播放有关的英语短剧给幼儿看，播放一些英语歌曲给幼儿听，这一些都激发了幼儿学习英语的兴趣。
二、让教师成为实施幼儿英语教育的保障
教师是教育成功的关键。我们班的肖老师是英语专业老师。我们充分利用本班资源，利用课余时间向她学习礼貌用语、课堂用语、晨操用语、入园离园英语、游戏英语、午餐英语、午休英语、卫生英语、时间日期气候英语等。我们把掌握标准的语音、语调、提高口语会话能力放在了首要位置。
通过本学期的学习，我们得出以下几个结论：
1、幼儿对英语活动有浓厚的兴趣，有强烈的学习欲望，同时能运用已有的英语参与到各种教学活动中。
2、幼儿能主动探求新知，思维活跃，知识面广、丰富，不仅掌握了幼儿园五大领域的知识技能，还掌握了有关动物、植物、自然玩具、食品等方面的英语单词及短句。具体内容有：
幼儿在巩固复习已有知识的基础上，能掌握50个新的单词，学会20句左右新的短句，会唱10首英文歌曲。
3、幼儿的交往能力增强，态度自然大方，能主动与他人交往，表现出热情，在游戏情境中能运用简单的日常英语口语进行活动。
4、幼儿性格活泼开朗，培养了克服困难的勇气和信心。
虽然本学期幼儿英语口语能力有了一定提高，但在以后的活动中，我们应注意：
1、在日常生活中教师要尽可能的与孩子多说英语，让他们多听（包括磁带），给他们营造一个轻松愉快的英语环境。
2、创设英语区，使孩子们能在轻松自然的气氛中，熟悉、了解字母和单词的特性、掌握学习的规律。
3、做好家园联系工作，及时的向家长反馈英语教学内容，以便父母在家帮助孩子复习巩固。
在以后的活动中不断开发设计更多更新更好玩的游戏，让幼儿在玩中学让孩子学好英语，快乐掌握“第二语言”！
